Workstation Pro 12.5.5 has vmci issue specific to the release.
You have an incorrect version of driver 'vmci.sys'. Try reinstalling Vmware Workstation.
Locate the VMX file from the explorer.
Change the following within the VM VMX file.
vmci0.present = "TRUE"
TO
vmci0.present = "FALSE"
